Contact TeraLink
Questions about a link, feedback on the tool, or a copyright/takedown request — reach out and we'll get back to you.
Copyright / takedown requests
TeraLink doesn't host or store any files — we only resolve links you already have access to via a public TeraBox share. If content you own is being shared without permission, contact TeraBox directly, or email us at the address above with the share link and we'll review it.
Response time
We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.
Before you email us
Most questions we get are about links that won't resolve. If a TeraBox link isn't working with TeraLink, a quick check usually sorts it out and saves you the wait for a reply:
- Make sure the link is public. Private files that need a TeraBox login can't be resolved — the share link has to be openly accessible.
- Use a single-file share, not a folder. Folder links that bundle many files together aren't supported yet, so share the individual file instead.
- Copy the full link. A truncated or half-copied URL is the most common reason a link fails. Paste the complete address, including the part after
/s/. - Check that the file still exists. If the original owner deleted it or the share expired, there's nothing left to fetch.
If you've checked all of the above and it still won't work, email us the exact link you're trying and a short note on what happened. The more detail you include — the device and browser you're on, and any error message you saw — the faster we can pin down the problem.
What we can and can't help with
We can help with links that fail to resolve, questions about which TeraBox domains are supported, general feedback on the tool, and copyright or takedown requests for content you own. We can't recover files that have already been deleted from TeraBox, unlock private or password-protected shares, or provide support for the TeraBox app itself — for account issues, you'll need to reach TeraBox directly.
